Safe participation
Use an appropriate training area, inspect equipment, follow the published progression, and obtain responsible adult supervision when appropriate. Stop training if pain or another concerning symptom occurs and seek qualified medical guidance.
Minor athletes
A parent or legal guardian must approve a minor’s purchase, access, training environment, equipment use, and participation.

Results depend on the athlete’s starting point, consistency, physical development, effort, and ability to apply the instruction. No specific pop time, velocity, playing opportunity, roster result, or other athletic outcome is guaranteed.
