CATCHPRO ACADEMY trains developing, high-school varsity, college, and advanced catchers. The plan is adjusted to your experience, physical development, competitive level, and goals.
Yes. CATCHPRO ACADEMY trains baseball and softball catchers. The positions share many foundations, while stance, throwing, game responsibilities, rules, and individual needs shape the plan.
Current private options include 30-, 60-, and 90-minute sessions. A shorter session works well for one focused skill. Longer sessions allow time for several skills, movement work, and hitting. Square shows the current menu and availability.
The right frequency depends on age, season, workload, goals, and how much quality practice happens between lessons. The first session helps identify a realistic schedule that supports progress without ignoring recovery.
Bring a catcher’s glove, complete catcher’s gear when available, water, and athletic shoes suitable for the facility. The booking confirmation will explain anything different for a specific session or clinic.
Beginners are welcome. Early sessions focus on safe setup, movement, receiving, blocking foundations, gear comfort, and understanding the position before adding speed or pressure.
