24-hour notice
Training time is reserved specifically for the athlete. Cancellations or schedule changes require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged because the reserved time cannot always be filled.
Clinic and online-product terms
Clinic cancellation, transfer, credit, weather, and minimum-enrollment terms must be stated on each confirmed event listing. Digital-product refund and access terms must be confirmed before checkout is enabled.
Requesting a change
Use the booking confirmation or contact 407-881-4002 as soon as a schedule change is needed. Provider-specific instructions shown with a confirmed booking also apply.
